How to design and architecture of terraced house
Taking advantage of the small slope of the plot of the dwelling unit, we designed a two-storey building. The first floor, where pedestrian access is located, has an area of 653m2. This level has been divided into three zones according to their different use: a family area (lounge, dining room, kitchen, office, living room of the children …), a private part where the four bedrooms of which has the house with their own bathrooms and locker rooms, and a leisure and relaxation area which opens to the outside through two porches that empty into the pool.
On the ground floor is the gym, wine cellar and the area of service, cleanliness and facilities.
Indoors, everything is done to the millimeter. Every wall and corner detail reflects the care and work that goes studied. The exterior of the building was built through several courtyards creating bright and cheerful spaces for living day to day. It has also opted for a warm-toned decor, which contrasts with the white walls with dark wood floor that extends over the entire surface of the architectural project.
Outside stands, the infinity pool of 45m2 built on the same gray granite Abuja dado presenting the porch floor. In this outer zone has designed a summer dining room and a chill out area (also the same material) on which are mounted a movable pergola awning to satisfy the most demanding comfort.
As a result, we find a new job residential to-zero, where design and architecture merge without fanfare aesthetic that invites to be lived as much for its elegance and sophistication, as well as functionality.
