How the opening of the new edition of Casa Decor Madrid 2010
This morning we attended the opening of the new edition of Casa Decor in Madrid, which from tomorrow will open its doors to the public until 20 June. This time, occupies a stately apartment building early twentieth century, located on Called Velazquez, 29, near the corner with Goya, in the Salamanca district.
Its exceptional features molded high ceilings, stained glass, wooden and more than 4000 m2 has resulted in the creation of 65 spaces, all-large in size and abundance of light, which now make up rooms, libraries, lofts, suites, and rooms for children, bathrooms, kitchens and hallways. No missing the inner courtyard, where it has installed a garden-terrace and the old depot, now transformed into different exhibition spaces.
In this year, the Casa Decor comes to adulthood, serving 18 years of experience; we have also introduced interesting innovation consisting of small pop-up stores where you can buy items from renowned fashion and beauty brands like Kiel’s or Flamenco.
